Terms and Conditions Update (Effective December 16th, 2024)

New Payment Policy Starting December 16th, 2024, GPLHQ.com will exclusively accept cryptocurrency payments across the entire website. Membership Plans
  • All new memberships can be purchased for 1, 3, 6, or 12-month durations.
  • Memberships are non-recurring, meaning no automatic payments will occur.
  • Each membership will remain active until the end of the paid-for period unless renewed manually with another cryptocurrency payment prior to its expiration.
Individual Product Purchases
  • Products can still be purchased individually. To do so, you must first top up your account balance via our crypto checkout.
  • During checkout, you will send the total amount required in cryptocurrency.
  • Once payment is verified, the deposited balance will appear on your account in USD ($).
  • Account balances do not expire; however, your balance must be sufficient to cover the full purchase price of the items in your basket before you can proceed to checkout.
Refund Policy for Account Funds and Memberships
  • Account funds and memberships are non-refundable and must be used on the site for purchases.

Cryptocurrency Payments

  1. Accepted Payment Method: Our platform exclusively accepts cryptocurrency payments, specifically USDC on the Solana network. No other payment methods are supported.
  2. Sender Responsibility:
    • It is the sender’s (customer’s) responsibility to ensure that the correct blockchain (Solana) and the correct cryptocurrency (USDC) are used for the transaction.
    • Any errors, such as sending the wrong cryptocurrency, using the wrong network, or entering incorrect wallet details, are the responsibility of the sender.
  3. Liability:
    • We accept no liability for any issues arising before the funds are successfully received in our wallet. This includes, but is not limited to:
      • Issues with cryptocurrency exchanges.
      • Problems with personal wallets.
      • Network or blockchain-related delays or errors.
    • Until payment is cleared and confirmed in our wallet, no memberships, account balances, or services will be updated or activated.
  4. Exchange/Wallet Issues: If the fault lies with a cryptocurrency exchange or wallet provider, it is the sender’s responsibility to contact their exchange or wallet provider for support. We are unable to assist with any issues occurring outside of received payments.
  5. No Refunds: All cryptocurrency payments are final and non-refundable under any circumstances, including cases where incorrect coins, networks, or amounts are sent.
While the above terms reflect updates for our current payment methods and policies, the terms outlined below remain applicable to previous customers on older billing systems. However, all points stated herein apply to all members, regardless of billing method or account status. These terms include but are not limited to:

By using GPLHQ.com, you agree to these TOS. If you do not agree with these TOS, do not use the GPLHQ.com website. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, GPLHQ.com will be referred to as “Provider,” and you, the purchaser, will be referred to as the “Consumer” or “Customer.” Product License Products available on GPLHQ.com are licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL). All items in the GPLHQ.com directory are developed by third-party developers and redistributed by GPLHQ.com. GPLHQ.com is not associated with, nor the developer of, any items featured on this site and does not offer additional author services like author support and license keys. Product Support We provide support for any inconvenience related to the direct experience with us (e.g., problems with downloads, navigation, or any issues associated with our site or services). You can contact us through the contact ticket system. We do not provide support for issues related to the author of the product, such as customizations or issues inherent to the author, including version failures. Third-party products are supported by their authors and not by GPLHQ.com. Please review the support terms provided by the author of a product before purchasing it. Product Updates Upon notification of a product update, we download, check for issues, pre-activate if necessary, and publish it on our site. The update publication date may vary. Individual purchases come with lifetime updates as long as a valid contract with us or membership with the developer/reseller exists. In most cases, the contracts are renewed and are generally not affected. However, if the supplier/promoter unilaterally waives the contract renewal, or if we encounter any problems with the promoter, we will not be obliged to continue featuring the products on our website. Working products will remain on the website, but some products may no longer receive updates. When you purchase a product, you will receive the version available on our site at the time of purchase, which is considered delivered and complete. Our lifetime updates service is free of charge and included with your purchase. However, in cases of fraud, misuse, abuse, or false claims, we reserve the right to revoke access to future updates. If this happens, your initial download will be considered to have received all the services, and you will not be eligible for any further updates. Product Prices We do not guarantee the availability of any item on our website. We reserve the right to modify or suspend downloads at any time, with or without notice. Prices are subject to change at any time by posting changes on our website. Memberships Webmaster Subscription:
  • Access to all products with a 300 product/month (10/day) download limit. Limits reset daily, and unused downloads do not carry over. Membership fees remain fixed for the duration of the membership.
VIP Subscription:
  • Unlimited access to all products, but fair use limits may apply to prevent abuse. Membership fees remain fixed during the subscription period.
Day Pass Access:
  • Unlimited access to all products, but fair use limits may apply to prevent abuse. Day Pass lasts for the stated duration (7, 14, or 28 days). All Day Passes are a one-time, non-recurring purchase and are non-refundable.
Lifetime Membership:
  • Service provided for as long as GPLHQ.com offers subscription packages. Lifetime memberships are non-transferable.
  • Lifetime Membership Customers: Unless terminated as provided under the terms of this Agreement, GPLHQ.com agrees to provide the Customer with the Service on a “lifetime” basis. Lifetime shall be defined as for as long as GPLHQ.com continues to provide any subscription package as a commercial service. Lifetime memberships are per named Customer and are absolutely non-transferable to any other entity, for any reason, in any way.
Customer Accounts Customers must create an account to purchase products. They are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and must not share their account details. Customers are responsible for all activities on their account and must notify the Provider of any unauthorized use. The Provider will not be responsible for any loss or damage arising from the customer’s breach of these terms. All users must be over 18 years of age to create a customer account. By creating an account, you confirm that you are over 18 years old. Account Termination and Suspension The Provider may suspend or terminate user accounts without notice for reasons including abusive behavior, defamation, technical abuse, account security issues, or unauthorized sharing. No refunds will be provided for terminated accounts. Examples of reasons for termination include:
  1. Abusive behavior and/or excessive negativity towards staff.
  2. Repeated defamatory, malicious, and/or false statements that include slander against the Provider and/or attempts to persuade potential customers not to buy the Provider’s products.
  3. Incorrect use of server services, technical abuse of resources, and any practice that threatens the services and/or equipment of GPLHQ.com.
  4. Reasonable belief that your account has been compromised, shared with others, or for other security reasons.
  5. Sharing, transferring, or reselling the user account. Accounts are non-transferable.
Account Inactivity Accounts without purchases may be deleted after 30 days. Accounts with purchases but inactive for 12 months may be scheduled for deletion. Once deleted, accounts cannot be reinstated. Log in at least once every 364 days to avoid deletion. Once an account is deleted, it cannot be reinstated. To avoid accidental deletion, please ensure that you log in at least once every 364 days. We are unable to notify users of possible deletion due to the automatic nature of the process. Product Delivery After payment, the customer’s account login information will be sent by email to the email address provided during registration. This may take up to 30 minutes after purchase, but usually occurs between 1 and 15 minutes. Normally, all access to the download is immediately after payment validation. Refunds Given the particularity of the service, we do not provide refunds, except for the following case:
  • Problems in downloading a product in a single purchase that cannot be resolved by our team within 24-48 hours after payment validation or user notification.
We will not refund if the product did not meet your expectations or needs, as it is the responsibility of the customer. To avoid such situations, all products have links to the author’s details. Memberships are not entitled to a refund service. Cancellations Consumers must waive their cancellation rights before digital content is provided. By downloading content, consumers forfeit their right to a refund. This also applies to memberships; if a download occurs during the initial payment period, the consumer waives their right to a refund for that period. Subsequent payments, regardless of their duration, constitute a subscription to continue access to our content, whether or not the access is utilized. Membership & Subscription Payments Terms and Conditions We offer both single purchase products and recurring billing products. By purchasing any recurring billing product, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below: Billing Agreement: All recurring products are billed as agreed upon by the customer during the checkout process. By enrolling in a subscription service, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis, as per the agreed billing cycle. Customer Responsibility: It is your responsibility to ensure the timely cancellation of recurring payments if you no longer wish to continue the service. Our website provides subscription services that renew automatically, and refunds cannot be issued for unintentional or forgotten cancellations. Managing Subscriptions: Users must take the necessary steps to manage their ongoing services. Memberships are non-refundable for paid-for time, and upon cancellation, members will retain access for the paid duration. Business Use of Our Goods and Services If you use our services on behalf of a business, that business agrees to these terms and will hold harmless and indemnify the Provider and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim, suit, or action arising from or related to the use of the Goods or Services or violation of these terms, including any liability or expense arising from claims, losses, damages, suits, judgments, litigation costs, and attorneys’ fees. Provider Does Not Provide Any Warranty Except as expressly stated, the Provider makes no specific promises about the services. Goods and services are provided “as is.” Jurisdiction-specific warranties are excluded to the extent permitted by law. Liability for Our Products and Services The Provider is not liable for lost profits, revenues, data, or indirect, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. WHEN PERMITTED BY LAW, PROVIDER, AND PROVIDER’S SUPPLIERS AND DISTRIBUTORS, WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUES, OR DATA, FINANCIAL LOSSES, OR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF PROVIDER, AND ITS SUPPLIERS AND DISTRIBUTORS, FOR ANY CLAIM UNDER THESE TERMS, INCLUDING FOR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID PROVIDER TO USE PROVIDER’S GOODS AND/OR SERVICES. IN ALL CASES, PROVIDER, AND ITS SUPPLIERS AND DISTRIBUTORS, WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE THAT IS NOT REASONABLY FORESEEABLE. Miscellaneous Updates to TOS: The TOS may be updated from time to time, but never retroactively. We will post notice of modifications to the TOS on this page, and they will become effective no less than 10 days after they are posted. However, changes addressing new functionality, changes in the law, or other urgent legal reasons may be made effective immediately. Other Guidelines or Terms: If there is a conflict between this TOS and those for a specific Provider service, the terms for the specific service will prevail. No Third-Party Beneficiaries: These terms control the relationship between the Provider and you. They do not create any third-party beneficiary rights. No Waiver: If you do not comply with these terms, and the Provider does not take action right away, this doesn’t mean the Provider is giving up or waiving any rights, such as the right to take action in the future.
